Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Panou, and I’ve been a cosmetologist for the past 5 years, specializing in custom layered haircuts and creating beautiful, dimensional lived-in colors that feel just as gorgeous as they look. I’m also deeply passionate about scalp care and Head Spa treatments, focusing on nurturing both the health and wellness of your hair and scalp. Growing up in a Southeast Asian culture, I learned early on that hair is much more than just a style—it’s a reflection of personal pride and cultural identity. Healthy hair is a symbol of care, strength, and beauty. I believe that all hair types and lengths are beautiful in their own right, and each deserves attention and care. This philosophy guides my work, where I focus not just on the style but on ensuring the health and vitality of your scalp and hair. Through the years, I’ve built a deep understanding of scalp health, hair care, and product selection, using this knowledge to tailor every experience to your unique needs. I’ve also trained in Japanese Head Spa techniques and scalp analysis, which allows me to provide a holistic approach to your hair and scalp care. Above all, my goal is to make sure you feel seen, heard, and truly cared for at every stage of your journey with me. I’m here to help you not only look your best but feel your best—because you deserve nothing less. I’m so excited to support you on your healthy hair and scalp journey! CANCELLATION POLICY
Once service has been rendered, it is NON REFUNDABLE. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERRABLE for all appointments. To reschedule or change a service, a new deposit will have to be made & first deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation of appointment or change of service must be done 48 hours in advance from initial service date and time. (Ex: appointment booked for Feb 3rd @ 8am must be cancelled/service change no later than Feb 1st @ 8am). If notified after the 48 hours notice deadline for any change of service, No-Shows, & same day cancellation will be charged 50% of the service fee to the card on file. The avoid this fee, please cancel 48 hours in advance. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment it is not guaranteed I can perform the service requested and may have to downgrade you or cancel your appointment. If your appointment is canceled due to being late, you will be charged 50% of the service.
